    Fang Yuan

    Fang is deeply connected to the Silicon Valley ecosystem through her position at Stanford University, where she managed program operations at the Center for Sustainable Development & Global Competitiveness for nearly a decade. Her extensive network within Stanford, Silicon Valley, the Chinese business communities, as well as multinational companies, has established her as a highly skilled cross-cultural communications professional. Fang was a founding member of Udemy's China Go-to-Market team, where she spearheads the company’s expansion into the Chinese market. In addition, Fang worked for Intel’s China Government Affairs Group in Beijing from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, she worked at the Washington State China Relations Council and the American Chamber of Commerce in China (Beijing).


    Fang earned her Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Washington in 2007 and her Bachelor’s degree in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2003. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Santa Clara University, further enhancing her expertise in global business dynamics.
